IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Transportation Recruiter to lead high-volume driver recruitment across Canada and the U.S. You will manage the full cycle from workforce planning to onboarding, building pipelines and engaging with driving schools, associations, and communities.

This role may be based in the GTA or Calgary with frequent regional travel. The position requires 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in transportation or heavy industry, and robust sourcing for driver roles.
