Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites, mining operations, or industrial facilities. Your expertise in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols will ensure productive deliveries and adherence to all regulatory standards.

Duties

- Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, or debris to designated locations on construction or industrial sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Load and unload materials efficiently using appropriate techniques and equipment, including forklifts when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding schedules, delays, or issues




- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks and forklifts
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols in industrial settings
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on heavy vehicles
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of driving and manual tasks in various weather conditions
- Nice-to-have skills include forklift certification, experience with freight logistics, and familiarity with heavy machinery maintenance

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
