RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer and employee issues
- Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency
- Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met
- Staff recruitment and training
- Creating and upholding a positive work setting
- Regular meetings with all hotel departments to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed




- Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
- Address customer issues and complaints
- Oversee security of the facility
