Role Description: The Dynamics Developer is a full-time hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the developer designs, configures, and customizes solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies to support clients’ operational and service delivery needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and maintaining integrations, developing and testing current features, optimizing existing workflows and business processes, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Developer also contributes to documentation, deployment,



and continuous improvement efforts across the platform.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, GitHub, and related technologies, including cloud services, data visualization, source control, CI/CD, integration, and solution development.Proficiency in Integration design and implementation, including APIs, web services, and data migration between systems.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and modelling, with the ability to translate requirements into efficient, automated workflows.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure services, and SQL or other relational databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with non-profit or public-sector organizations and familiarity with case management or CRM solutions are assets.
