We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood to join Educators in our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform instructional strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization,
and safety standards in accordance with licensing requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications
- ECE level 1, 2 or level 3.
- Prior experience working with children in an a daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Experience working with children of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members.
- Certification in early childhood education is highly desirable.
