Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3) to inspire and nurture young children in a dynamic learning setting. Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or additional assistance due to disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners to ensure a collaborative approach to child development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavior using computer systems and organizational tools.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including scheduling, transitions, and behavior management strategies.




- Lead by example in promoting safety protocols, hygiene practices, and respectful interactions within the classroom.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or childcare facilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young learners.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are preferred to support diverse communities.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for engaging with children and families effectively.
- Proficiency in computer operation and familiarity with educational software or record-keeping systems.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in children and colleagues alike; ability to motivate and guide team members as needed.
