We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and secure environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Support children’s learning activities by encouraging participation and curiosity
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning
- Observe and document children’s progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to education
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
- Help facilitate inclusive activities that promote social skills, math readiness, and emotional growth
Requirements
- Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with children who have disabilities or special needs is preferred
- Ability to assist with teaching foundational skills such as math and social-emotional development
- Passion for working with children and supporting their individual growth and development
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education are a plus

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
