We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE/ECE ITE) to join our vibrant team. Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction for children in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities to support individualized learning plans.
- Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming space.




- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new educational strategies and contribute to ongoing program improvements.

Qualification

- Must hold a valid BC ECE license to practice and be able to provide registration number.
- NO ECEA
- Must be legal to work in Canada. No LMIA available.
- Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development milestones.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing classroom activities, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

Wage and benefit

- ECE starting from $22 plus $6 wage enhancement
- ECE ITE starting from $23 plus $6 wage enhancement

- Vacation pay and 5 paid sick days, in accordance with government law.
