Duties

- Set up and operate embroidery machines to create intricate designs on various fabrics and materials
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed
- Prepare embroidery designs using specialized software and load them into machines efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reordering materials when necessary




- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Skills

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in stitching and design accuracy
- Ability to operate embroidery machinery confidently and troubleshoot common technical issues
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of fabric types, textiles, and embroidery techniques
