Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

1. Create and implement processes and procedures (new partner launches)
2. Clearly communicate and assist internal teams in selling and supporting EMV terminals
3. High ability to execute and continually work in a training and development role
4. Ability to have a complex payment / hardware / software conversation with Gateway partners and Payments processors.
5. Supporting onboarding and implementation teams with proper configurations on the gateway and payment processor as well as Paymentus platforms
6. Manage all internal and third-party (gateway) tools
7. Work Closely with Sales and Account management teams to understand selling strategies
8. Actively work an incoming pipeline of growing EMV demand for our clients
9. Understand, communicate, and continue to assist in the evolution of EMV integrations
10. Coordinate with Sales leadership and Business Development Executives on facilitation of new EMV requirements
11. Manage the early relationship of the gateways to ensure early adoption of EMV hardware/technology
12. Provide first level support for customer reported issues
13. Procurement and distribution of EMV devices across multiple gateways
14. Works closely with finance team on reconciliation
15. Set appropriate expectations internally and externally

- Supervisory Responsibility This role does not have any supervisory responsibility.

Education and Experience

1. 3+ years of experience as in SMB Merchant Services
2. Direct experience in Merchant Sales or Channel Sales for software/hardware resellers
3. Direct exposure to leading EMV devices such as Ingenico, Verifone, FirstData, Magtek, PAX
4. Ability to manage an active pipeline
5. Required knowledge as InterChange Pricing Expert




6. Excellent Negotiation Skills
7. Excellent people and internal relationship management skills
8. Excellent written and oral communications skills
9. Self-starter, must be able to work with minimal direction
10. 4-year college degree desired

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Physical Demands

This position requires sitting or standing at a computer desk for extended periods of time. In addition, the employee must regularly bend, reach, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

0% - 5% travel may be required.
