About the Role

360 Home Developments is looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our growing team.

This position is designed for someone who has completed post-secondary education in construction management or a related field and is looking to begin their career in construction.

The successful candidate will work closely with our project team, contractors, trades, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day management of construction projects. This is an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience across multiple stages of the construction process while developing the skills required to advance into a leadership role.

No previous professional experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day coordination and management of construction projects
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and consultants
- Assist with monitoring project schedules and construction milestones
- Conduct regular site visits and assist with site coordination
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Help monitor work to ensure projects are progressing according to plans and schedules
- Assist with material procurement and deliveries
- Track project documentation, reports, and records
- Help identify project issues, delays, and potential conflicts




- Communicate project updates to internal teams and project stakeholders
- Assist with quality-control inspections and deficiency tracking
- Support the coordination of trades and construction activities
- Help ensure construction activities comply with applicable safety requirements and company procedures
- Assist senior management with various project and construction-related tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working both in an office workplace and on active construction sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Familiarity with construction management software is an asset
- No minimum professional experience required
