About the Role

360 Home Developments is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop a career in construction project management and development.

The Project Coordinator will support our construction and project management teams with scheduling, documentation, communication, procurement, and day-to-day project coordination. You'll gain exposure to the various stages of construction while working alongside experienced professionals, trades, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

No previous professional experience is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the coordination of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and records
- Coordinate communication between contractors, trades, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
- Assist with obtaining and tracking project materials and equipment
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and other project-related documentation
- Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with site visits and project inspections




- Help identify and communicate project issues or delays
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups
- Support the Construction Manager and project team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Follow company and job-site health and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable communicating with contractors, suppliers, trades, and other project stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Familiarity with construction management software is an asset
- No minimum professional experience required
