EWC Montgomery Wellness & Aesthetics is entering a new chapter under new ownership. We’re building on an established neighbourhood wellness practice and expanding our focus on personalized skin health, healthy aging and advanced aesthetics.

We’re looking for an esthetician who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments, educating clients and building lasting relationships, and who wants to grow professionally as our services expand.

Your opportunity

- Provide personalized facials and skincare treatments using G.M. COLLIN professional skincare.
- Deliver chemical peels, dermaplaning and other treatments within your training and qualifications.
- Conduct consultations and develop treatment plans around each client’s concerns, goals and comfort level.
- Educate clients about their skin and recommend practical home-care routines and appropriate products.
- Build ongoing relationships through relevant follow-up and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with massage therapists, acupuncturists and other practitioners on appropriate cross-referrals.
- Participate in skincare events and contribute ideas for new services and client experiences.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and excellent safety, sanitation and professional standards.

Training and career growth





We offer training and education to help you strengthen your expertise, build confidence and develop your practice. Opportunities include G.M. COLLIN product and treatment education, webinars and practical learning.

As our services expand, we plan to introduce additional advanced treatments, including microneedling and, over time, laser and light-based services. Relevant training will support qualified practitioners in developing new competencies as equipment and treatments are introduced.

Whether you already have advanced-aesthetics experience or want to build on a strong esthetics foundation, we welcome a willingness to learn and contribute to our growing treatment offering.

What you bring

- Recognized esthetics training and professional liability insurance.




- Experience delivering facials and conducting personalized skincare consultations.
- Confidence explaining treatments, recommending home care and setting realistic expectations.
- Warm communication, professionalism and reliable follow-through.
- An interest in building lasting client relationships.
- Openness to continued education and training on new equipment and treatments.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing the business responsibilities as a independent contractor.
- Able to maintain the credentials, insurance and any licences required for the services you provide as a independent contractor.
- An established client base or qualified referral network is an asset, particularly if you are looking to grow your practice at EWC.
- Experience or certifications in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling or laser treatments are assets.
- G.M. COLLIN experience is welcome but not essential.
