Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from initial estimate through project completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead project planning, develop accurate cost estimates, and manage client relationships with confidence. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction estimating skills, project management expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms that align with project budgets and objectives.
- Manage all phases of project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with design teams and field personnel to review project scope, resolve issues, and implement modifications as needed.
- Oversee procurement processes by sourcing materials and services efficiently while maintaining cost control.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits,



meetings, and reporting to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, change orders, contracts, and project correspondence for transparency and accountability.

Skills

- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid is essential for accurate cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards gained through hands-on construction experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms with vendors and clients.
- Proven project management capabilities to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Expertise in Bluebeam for digital markup, document management, and collaboration on plans and drawings.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents with precision.
- Effective communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement across teams, clients, and suppliers.
