- Administer routine medications as directed by the physician
- Document client concerns and collaborate with Registered Nurse




- Promote wellness and self-care among clients
- Complete assessments and RAPS within required timeframes
- Provide guidance and training to care workers Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse credential with the College of Nurses
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Medication Administration Certificate mandatory
- One year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
