Overview

Louis' is seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our team for various events and functions from September until April. These include events hosted at Griffiths Stadium, weddings, corporate function, and concerts.

Responsibilities

- Serve alcoholic beverage at events held at Griffiths Stadium
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Set up event spaces according to specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Monitor guest needs throughout the event and respond promptly to requests
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all serving areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with event breakdowns, including cleaning up and resetting spaces for future use




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Have Serve It Right Saskatchewan Certification

This position is casual and based on the number of events we have. Key dates currently to keep in mind are October 4, October 16, October 23, November 16, November 27. Job Types: Part time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $16.17 per hour
