Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and confident supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced workplace. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support while handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Competitive salary of $60,000-65,000

This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and priorities.
- Coordinate and support Board, Executive, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, minute-taking, and distribution of meeting materials.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, correspondence, communications, and other executive-level documentation.
- Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, and related administrative activities.
- Research, analyze, and compile information to support decision-making,
projects, reports, and organizational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a senior executive, CEO, or executive leadership team in an Executive Assistant role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate executive needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to leverage technology to improve workflows and administrative processes.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
