: The Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partnerships is a key strategic leader within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, partnering with operational and system leaders to advance organizational priorities and Saskatchewan’s health-care goals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Executive Director leads the delivery of strategic and operational HR Business Partnership services across the organization.
The Executive
Director aligns services with operational needs and supports consistent, effective people practices. Working collaboratively across Human Resources, operations and the broader health system, the Executive Director builds trusted partnerships, strengthens leadership capacity and fosters a responsive, client-focused culture that supports employees and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Human Resources Exemption : No
Experience
Ten (10) years leadership experience, preferably within large, complex, unionized organizations
Experience building effective partnerships with senior leaders, unions and other key stakeholders
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting large-scale organizational transformation
Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of core human resources services
Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational workforce plans aligned with organizational priorities
Other Education and Training
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience A relevant master's degree is preferred
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Knowledge of patient- and family-centred care principles

Proven ability to collaborate with leaders, unions and system partners
