Position Profile: The Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partnerships is a key strategic leader within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, partnering with operational and system leaders to advance organizational priorities and Saskatchewan’s health-care goals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Executive Director leads the delivery of strategic and operational HR Business Partnership services across the organization.

Director aligns services with operational needs and supports consistent, effective people practices.



Working collaboratively across Human Resources, operations and the broader health system, the Executive Director builds trusted partnerships, strengthens leadership capacity and fosters a responsive, client-focused culture that supports employees and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/ Masters level or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Licensed and in good standing with skilled association and/or regulatory body, if applicable

Experience:

- Extensive experience, at a strategic level, as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
