Requirements

- Must have a valid driver’s licence and a dependable personal vehicle.
- Employees will receive daily compensation for travel time.
- Previous professional cleaning, custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and moving equipment.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction and cooperating effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and professional cleaning equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Handle cleaning equipment safely during cleaning and moving tasks.
- Follow established cleaning protocols, procedures, and company standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and promptly report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.




- Work cooperatively with supervisors, team leads, and other Cleaning Technicians to ensure the entire job is completed to company standards.

- Proficiency with professional vacuum and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, with the ability to work respectfully with supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to communicate professionally when receiving instructions, asking questions, or addressing concerns.
