About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Greenhouse Construction Supervisor to join our growing build team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in framing and structural assembly, particularly in agricultural or commercial greenhouse construction. The right candidate takes pride in precision, can interpret build plans, and works well under pressure while maintaining safety and professionalism on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and erect greenhouse frames, walls, and roof structures using various materials including steel and aluminum
- Read and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and install framing materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Install glazing systems (polycarbonate, glass, plastic sheeting) and ensure proper sealing and insulation
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure structural alignment, level, and proper anchoring of all components
- Assist with layout, concrete prep, anchoring systems, and post installation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in compliance with safety standards
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines




- Identify construction issues and contribute practical solutions on-site

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in construction or framing, ideally in greenhouse or agricultural structure assembly
- Strong ability to read construction drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Experience working with metal framing, poly sheeting, and glazing systems is a major asset
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights
- Must have basic hand tools; additional tools and safety gear are an asset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks
