Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Residential Construction & Finishing Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction and finishing tasks on residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
- The successful candidate should have experience with:
- Interior residential finishing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Mudding, taping, sanding, and drywall finishing
- Interior painting
- Baseboards, trim, casing, and moulding installation
- Interior and exterior door installation
- Window finishing and installation
- Laminate and luxury vinyl flooring installation
- Tile installation and repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- Framing and minor carpentry




- Deck and exterior woodwork
- Siding and exterior finishing
- Caulking and sealing
- General residential repairs and renovations
- Demolition and preparation work
- Reading measurements and completing work accurately
- Keeping the job site clean and organized

Requirements

- Minimum 2-5 years of residential construction or renovation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential finishing work
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must understand proper construction procedures and job-site safety
- Must be comfortable using common power tools and construction equipment
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- Own transportation is an asset
- Own basic hand tools are an asset
