We are looking for an experienced Shawarma Meat Prep person to handle nightly preparation for the following day’s service.

This is a specialized prep position — not a front-line or customer service role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and marinate chicken shawarma and beef shawarma for the following day
- Follow provided recipes, measurements and preparation standards
- Ensure meat is prepared properly and consistently each night
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize the prep area and equipment after completing nightly preparation

Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience preparing and marinating shawarma meat is required
- Must understand proper shawarma meat preparation techniques
- Must be able to follow exact recipes and measurements consistently




- Must be reliable and available 6 nights per week
- Must be comfortable working independently during late-night hours
- Must be effective, organized and clean
- Must be available approximately 11:00 PM until 1:00–2:00 AM, depending on nightly preparation needs

Saturday night is off. Sunday night availability is required to prepare for Monday’s service. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
