Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems , ensuring all details are correct.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage cash handling accurately and perform cashiering duties at the end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas,



including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for accurate cash handling and bill splitting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
