Your responsibilities will include evaluating product repairs, changing suspension settings, and mentoring entry-level technicians. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Service Writers to ensure precision in repair estimates and superior service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct repairs and servicing on OEM and aftermarket products
- Work with Service Writers to relay repair estimates




- Adjust suspension product settings per management recommendations
- Guide and support junior technicians on technical skills
- Address OEM specific needs as required Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in a relevant technician position
