EXTERIOR FINISHER – THUNDER BAY

Data Pharms Inc., operating under HomeShare, is hiring a hands-on Exterior Finisher for residential exterior work in Thunder Bay.

This is practical, field-based work for someone who can take a clear scope, work safely, recognize problems and complete the job properly. The work is not limited to one trade. We need someone comfortable with exterior repairs, waterproofing and finishing details.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Repair and patch exterior stucco and blend repairs into surrounding surfaces.
- Hang and repair eavestrough, downspouts, elbows and related drainage details.
- Repair and replace soffit and fascia, including careful cuts, fastening and weatherproofing.
- Waterproof newly installed exterior windows using suitable trim, flashing, backer materials and exterior-grade silicone.
- Complete exterior caulking, sealing, flashing and small finish repairs around windows, doors, penetrations and transitions.
- Prepare surfaces, protect adjacent finishes, keep the work area organized and clean up when the work is complete.
- Inspect your work for water entry, gaps, loose sections and unfinished details before reporting completion.
- Read the work scope, identify missing information early and communicate practical solutions before proceeding.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience with exterior finishing, stucco repair, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, window waterproofing or closely related residential work.




- Someone who can work independently and troubleshoot instead of waiting for every step to be explained.
- Careful, weather-tight workmanship and good attention to detail.
- Protected ladder and elevated-work practices, with the physical ability to work outdoors and handle materials.
- Reliable transportation to Thunder Bay-area properties.
- Your own basic hand and power tools are preferred. Materials will normally be provided, and company tools may be available when arranged in advance.
- We do not currently have a metal brake. You must be able to work with the available materials and tools, or identify before starting when a task requires different equipment.
- Transparent communication, dependable attendance and the ability to send a short written update with photos when requested.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- $23–$35 per hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
- Full-time position.
- Work is primarily at residential properties in Thunder Bay and may vary by project and weather.
