About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and coordination of our facilities in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating vendors, managing service requests, maintaining organized records, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily facilities and building operations
- Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and service schedules
- Coordinate access for contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding facility needs
- Monitor scheduled maintenance and follow up on outstanding work
- Assist with inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate facility records, documentation, and service reports
- Review invoices and service documentation for accuracy
- Support purchasing of facility supplies and services
- Track maintenance issues, service timelines, and completion status
- Help maintain a safe, clean,



and professional workplace
- Support facilities projects and operational improvements

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, building operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace software
- Facilities management or building operations experience is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
