Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance seeks a skilled Facilities Management HVAC Technician for their Stratford location.

Your role will significantly enhance hospital operations and patient care through effective HVAC solutions. In this full time position, you will report to the Facilities Management Manager and leverage your HVAC knowledge to maintain essential equipment and systems in the hospital. Your proactive maintenance practices will ensure efficiency and safety within the healthcare environment. Strong collaboration with healthcare staff will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure HVAC system functionality and reliability
- Perform inspections and execute preventive maintenance
- Utilize the Work Order System for timely response
- Handle troubleshooting for non-HVAC related equipment
- Participate in on-call rotations and shift work Requirements:
- Must hold an HVAC/Refrigeration Licence 313A
- Five years of relevant HVAC experience required
- Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
