Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations across diverse age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions with precision and confidence
- Manage pain effectively through medication administration, non-pharmacologic interventions, and referrals as needed
- Collaborate with specialists on complex cases, including those requiring research-driven approaches or specialized interventions
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate home care services and follow-up plans to ensure continuity of care outside the clinical setting
- Collect data for quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing research efforts to enhance clinical practices
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, medication use, and lifestyle modifications




- Administer medications safely while adhering to medical terminology standards and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes in acute care settings

Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine as a Family Physician
- Proven hospital experience with exposure to emergency or urgent care environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in pediatrics, pain management, and home care services
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, electronic health record platforms like Epic or Cerner, and medical office procedures
- Experience with data collection for research or quality assurance projects is advantageous
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations
- Ability to perform medication administration safely and effectively within clinical protocols
- Prior experience in acute care settings enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory; training provided for the right candidate
- Additional languages Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi will be an asset for the role
