Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, utilizing medical terminology accurately.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Administer medications and oversee medication management plans in accordance with best practices and patient needs.




- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, including referrals for specialized services when necessary.
- Document all clinical encounters meticulously within electronic health record system, ensuring data collection accuracy.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, pain management strategies, and home care instructions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current medical standards related to family medicine.
- Contribute to team meetings and case discussions to foster continuous learning and improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Registration with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Eligible CPSA License to practice full time.

Pay: $200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
