Job Overview:

We are seeking a Market Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to provide product information and assistance




- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized market area

Skills:

- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $18.75-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 10.0 per week

Shift

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
