Duties

- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure precise fence layouts and measurements.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely to dig post holes, set fence posts, and install panels.
- Prepare the worksite by clearing debris mixing then pouring concrete for posts.
- Install various fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or ornamental metal with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Measure accurately to ensure fences are straight, level, and aligned according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and building codes.

Experience

- 4 years Prior experience in construction or fencing installation is preferred; familiarity with general carpentry or masonry is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics or technical drawings confidently.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, as well as power tools like post drivers or augers.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators or trenchers is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of concrete for setting fence posts securely.
- Basic understanding of construction estimating processes is helpful for project planning.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
