Financial Services Advisor

Eastside Chevrolet Buick GMC – Markham, ON

Eastside Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Services Advisor to join our growing sales team.

This is an important role within our dealership, working closely with customers, sales consultants and management to provide a professional, efficient and transparent vehicle purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange financing and leasing options for current and pre-owned vehicle customers.
- Present and sell F&I; products including extended warranties, protection products, anti-theft products, tire and rim coverage and other available programs.
- Submit credit applications and work with our lending partners to secure competitive approvals.
- Ensure all contracts and supporting documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership, lender and OMVIC requirements.
- Review financial options and protection products clearly with every customer.
- Work closely with the sales team and sales managers to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle purchase through delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders and product providers.
- Follow up on outstanding approvals, funding requirements and deal documentation.
- Help maximize F&I; performance while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Qualifications





- Previous automotive Financial Services Manager/Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing and lender programs.
- Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- OMVIC certification required or ability to obtain.
- Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude.
