Disc Media and Telecoms (DMT) is growing fast and we're building a team of energetic, well-spoken sales ambassadors to represent our brand across Asaba in business centres, hotels, restaurants,universities, schools, malls, residential estates e.t.c. This isn't just a flyer-handing role, you'll be trained to actually pitch, handle objections and promote signups for Nigeria's fastest-growing local fibre broadband provider.

What You'll Do

- Approach businesses and residents across Asaba to introduce DMT's internet and telephony packages.
- Deliver a short, engaging pitch (you'll be trained — no experience required)
- Use QR-code flyers to walk potential customers through signup on the spot.




- Track and report your daily signups to your team supervisor
- Represent the DMT brand professionally at all times (branded uniform provided) Participate in a weekly performance leaderboard with bonus incentives for top performers

What We're Looking For Based in or around Asaba, Delta State.

Prior sales, customer service or promotions experience is a plus but not required.

Outgoing, confident and comfortable approaching strangers/businesses.

Good spoken English (Local languages and Pidgin are a plus for rapport).

NYSC corps members, undergraduates and recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Reliable and able to commit to assigned shifts/locations

Compensation

₦40,000/month base allowance

₦2,500 commission per confirmed customer signup ( Able to make up to ₦200,000 a month)

Monthly leaderboard bonus for top performers

Uniform and sales materials provided

Chance to grow into a Team Supervisor role

Expected hours: 48.0 per week
