Best Towing is looking for hands-on Field Manager to oversee our day-to-day towing and repair operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drivers, leading recoveries, enforcing safety procedures and bringing structure and accountability to the field operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily towing, recovery and roadside operations
- Manage and coordinate drivers and operators
- Oversee recoveries from dispatch to completion
- Implement and monitor daily run sheets
- Ensure proper tow authorization and job documentation
- Implement and manage tow management/book software
- Monitor driver performance, attendance and compliance
- Ensure safety procedures, inspections and regulatory requirements are followed
- Coordinate towing operations with the repair shop
- Track equipment, vehicle downtime and operational issues
- Identify lost recoveries,



missed jobs and revenue opportunities
- Ensure completed jobs are properly documented and ready for billing

Requirements
- Experience in towing, recovery, transportation, fleet or repair operations
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing drivers and working in the field
- Good computer and software skills
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance
- Valid driver's licence

This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership, manage people and make sure the operation gets results. Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
