Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of agricultural and industrial equipment at customer sites. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced agricultural machinery and contribute to the success of our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhauling of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, grinders, and welding equipment
- Install, test, and troubleshoot Precision Agriculture (Ag) electronics
- Tune diesel engines and ensure optimal machine performance
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, service work, and parts used
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace





Qualifications:

- Proven experience (10 plus years) working on heavy and agricultural equipment or in a similar role
- Licensed Technician (425 or 421) and specialized knowledge of agricultural equipment is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

This role is instrumental in our Service Department to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our company. *wage will reflect experience and license

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
