Become a Field Specialist for Customer Experience at Clutch, focused on vehicle intake in the Calgary area. This role emphasizes exceptional customer interaction and quality assessments of vehicles. In this dynamic role, you’ll join Clutch's Calgary launch team, directly contributing to the customer experience as you pick up and inspect vehicles.

With a robust foundation in customer service, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued while utilizing our guided app to assess vehicle condition. You’ll also handle necessary paperwork thoroughly. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized service for an outstanding customer experience
- Travel throughout Calgary for vehicle pickups and inspections
- Tackle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Complete accurate documentation and customer tracking
- Safely drive and manage Clutch’s car hauler during transportation Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License in Alberta
- Maintain a clean driving record for 3 years
