Since 1971, La Castile Steakhouse, a landmark restaurant in the GTA. has been committed to offering our guests an excellent culinary experience. Our three-tiered formal dining room, seats over 250 guests while our outdoor dining offers a more relaxed dining experience. We operate 6 days a week. Monday through Friday for both lunch and dinner service and Saturdays for dinner service only.

Our fine dining Steakhouse is hiring experienced fine dining food and beverage Server to join our winning team! We are currently hiring a senior server with a real commitment to customer service with a passion and excellence in the fine dining industry. Coupled with your prior steakhouse experience, your success in a fast paced and dynamic environment is required.

Our senior Server is responsible for creating a positive dining experience for all guests and ensuring that the principles of fine dining service excellence are consistently exceeded. Our Servers are required to act as ambassadors and representatives of our establishment and will bring their knowledge of all food and beverage items to our guests dining experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of prior food and beverage server experience in a fine dining steakhouse setting.

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be customer focused, positive and enthusiastic with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment while never compromising quality

Smart Serve certificate is required
