Join our dynamic dental team as a Floater, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple treatment areas. Responsibilities

- Provide support to dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff by stepping into different roles as needed throughout the day
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all patients
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental materials, and organizing supplies for procedures
- Support clinical staff during procedures by handing instruments and managing patient comfort
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance documentation using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workplace in accordance with OSHA standards




- Assist with pediatric and orthodontic patients to ensure their comfort and cooperation during visits

Qualifications

- Previous experience or familiarity with dental office operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of dental software platforms such as Dentrix or Akitu one is a plus
- Basic understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and periodontics
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Chinese, Korean or Tagalog is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or training in dental assisting or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
