Pacific Rim Aviation Academy is hiring an experienced Flight Dispatcher to support high-efficiency daily flight operations at Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK). This role is not entry-level — we are looking for someone who understands flight training environments and can step in with minimal ramp-up.
About Pac Rim
We are a professional flight training unit operating a fleet of Cessna 172 aircraft, focused on structured training, operational discipline, and consistent dispatch standards. Our environment is fast-paced, and expectations are high.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Previous experience in a flight school, or aviation operations environment
- Solid understanding of flight dispatch procedures and training workflows
- Ability to manage multiple aircraft schedules under time pressure
- Solid communication skills with a qualified, no-nonsense approach
- High level of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Pay: $18.69-$21.00 per hour
