Take the lead in improving healthcare quality with the First Nations Health Authority as the Quality Improvement and Accreditation Lead. Engage in vital accreditation cycles and quality initiatives from a hybrid work location. This permanent role requires strong leadership in planning and executing accreditation processes and promoting quality improvement initiatives across FNHA and its partners.

You'll work under the Manager to ensure client safety and enhance quality standards while grounding all efforts in First Nations cultural practices and values. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and advance FNHA's accreditation and quality strategies
- Implement cooperative quality improvement projects
- Monitor safety procedures and outcomes
- Advocate for First Nations perspectives in healthcare
- Partner with service organizations for continuous improvement Requirements:
- University Degree in public health or equivalent
- 5-7 years in project and program management
- Experience in health services accreditation (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement processes
- Ability to apply Indigenous cultural protocols Facilitate significant health improvements through dedicated leadership and cultural understanding at FNHA.
