Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their experience
- Prepare and serve food items accurately according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies as needed and organize the concession area for optimal efficiency
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Prior food preparation or food service experience preferred; restaurant or food industry background is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively




- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards to ensure safety and compliance
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles within fast-paced environments is advantageous
