The company owns three large Super Valu, Stores in Balbriggan, Skerries and Palmerstown and two 4* hotels, the Courtyard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare and the Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan, Co. The team at the Bracken Court Hotel are seeking to recruit experienced and passionate Food &

- Beverage Server to join their professional in-house team. If you have the relevant experience, are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy 4* property we could have an excellent opportunity for you.

The Role

Full-time positions will require candidates to work an average of 40 per week - 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.

Main Duties

- Work in conjunction with the restaurant, bar-food, functions teams on the day-to-day operations of the food service departments of the hotel,



which includes, restaurant, bar food, functions & events.

- Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a food service role

- Must have the ability to work in a quick paced environment
- Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken
- Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner
- Must have a good knowledge of food/food industry
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent people skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative

Salary Circa €14.15-€14.50 ph DOE.
