Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage food quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and team management, ready to motivate staff and create a welcoming workplace for guests.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding recent staff members to build a strong team.
- Monitor inventory levels, support food ordering processes, and ensure proper stock rotation.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting is required.
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
- Background in food safety standards, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience with food handling, serving, bartending, or barista roles is a plus.
- Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
