Responsibilities

- Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently while maintaining presentation quality
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and organization as needed
- Ensure all dishes are accurately presented and delivered in a timely manner to uphold service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and delivery areas to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status, special requests, or delays
- Support guest service efforts by providing friendly assistance and responding promptly to guest needs




- Help with basic cleaning duties such as clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies to keep the dining area inviting

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, or serving enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Debitec POS or similar technology is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial for understanding guest expectations
