About the Job

Pine Tree Ford Lincoln is seeking a Lincoln Concierge / Service Adviso to join our growing team!

This position combines the personalized, luxury-focused customer experience of the Lincoln Concierge role with the responsibilities of a Service Advisor. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for Lincoln clients throughout their ownership and service experience, while also assisting customers with vehicle service needs, repair recommendations, maintenance, and service coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, hospitality, and automotive service skills are essential for success in this role.

Position Responsabilities

- Act as a primary point of contact for Lincoln clients and provide a personalized, premium customer experience.
- Greet clients promptly, identify their service needs, and respond to questions and concerns professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, vehicle pick-up and delivery, Lincoln loaner vehicles, shuttle transportation, and other service requirements.




- Prepare and manage service write-ups and ensure customer information and vehicle concerns are accurately documented.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services, including associated pricing, based on technician findings and manufacturer/dealership recommendations.
- Recommend appropriate preventative maintenance services based on vehicle requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the status of their vehicle and provide timely updates throughout the service process.
- Ensure the Lincoln Pick-Up & Delivery process and service standards are consistently followed, including appointment confirmation, loaner coordination, client updates, vehicle wash, redelivery, and post-service follow-up.
- Ensure the in-dealership Lincoln service experience meets brand standards from arrival through departure.
- Coordinate and manage Lincoln loaner vehicles to ensure they are clean, fueled, available, and utilized effectively.
- Record relevant client preferences and needs in the appropriate dealership systems and communicate them to applicable team members.
- Participate in Lincoln vehicle deliveries, including client greetings, introductions, dealership transitions, and warm farewells.
- Follow up with clients after vehicle purchase or service visits to ensure satisfaction and assist with any outstanding concerns.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate matters to management when appropriate.
- Support Lincoln marketing initiatives, dealership events, off-site events, sponsorships, partnerships, and other customer-experience activities as required.
- Coordinate Lincoln Dream Dates/Discovery Drives and support the completion of applicable ePDI requirements prior to vehicle delivery.
- Build productive relationships across Sales, Service, Parts, and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use dealership systems and technology effectively to support daily operations and maintain accurate customer and service records.
- Maintain current knowledge of Lincoln products, programs, processes, service standards, and required training.
- Maintain qualified and technical knowledge through manufacturer and dealership training.




- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience required.
- Previous automotive dealership experience required.
- Previous experience in a luxury or premium automotive environment is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or hospitality experience with a demonstrated record of customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of customer service, relationship management, and hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, appointments, and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to explain vehicle service recommendations and repair requirements clearly and professionally.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain professional, positive, and customer-focused in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable using dealership software, computer systems, and other technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is considered an asset.

Work conditions

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: In person
- Schedule: Approximately 40–44 hours per week, including Saturdays
