About the Opportunity At FutureSight Venture Studio, we don’t do maintenance work. We co-found, fund, and launch vertical AI startups from day zero — with the idea, early validation, capital, and embedded team already in place.

Right now, we’re searching for a Founding AI Engineer who thrives on high ownership and rapid shipping to join our early-stage AI ventures. This isn’t traditional product engineering — this is greenfield building, solving real problems, and launching products that real users will engage with immediately.

The Problem Space Too many engineers spend their early careers in incremental roles — shipping features, fixing bugs, maintaining systems. We believe the most valuable engineering work happens when you’re part of creating something current — defining the problem, owning the architecture, and watching real users interact with what you built.

What You’ll Do

Build multiple 0→1 MVPs across different early-stage AI ventures.

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to translate validated ideas into live, production-ready software.





Define the first version of the system architecture — and ship it fast.

Use the latest AI models and agent frameworks to compress timelines from weeks to days.

Watch real users engage with your work — and iterate early and rapidly.
