Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Handle cash transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the counter area
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery

Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Proficient in using POS systems for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment




- Strong customer service skills to help customers with their orders
