AutoTech is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk / Service Advisor to join our team in West Kelowna.

We are an independent automotive repair shop specializing in European and import vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Lexus, Genesis, and other makes.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with customers, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the shop calendar
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop offs and pickups
- Create and update repair orders
- Prepare estimates and communicate recommended repairs to customers
- Follow up with customers regarding approvals and vehicle status
- Process payments and invoices
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Order parts and communicate with suppliers when required
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Keep the front desk and customer area organized
- Follow up on missed calls, estimates, and outstanding appointments
- Assist with general administrative duties

Requirements





- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning automotive software
- Able to manage multiple customers and tasks at the same time
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Valid driver's licence
- Previous reception, customer service, service advisor, or automotive experience is required

Experience with Mitchell 1 Manager SE or automotive repair software is an asset, but not required.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers, and helps keep the front office running smoothly. Pay: $55,000.00 per year
