Front of House Team Member – Nando’s

Nando’s Kerrisdale is hiring!

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Provide excellent dine-in and takeout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team
- Follow Nando’s service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Help create a great experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance




- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- FoodSafe and Serving It Right are an asset

Schedule We are looking for both part-time and full-time team members.

Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is an asset.
